• Increase Average Order Value: Drive higher revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and exclusive offers during checkout, encouraging customers to add more to their baskets.
• Boost Customer Retention: Strengthen customer loyalty with personalised email campaigns and offers, encouraging more shoppers to return to the site.
• Tell a story: A headless architecture lets us use different content types on key pages like product pages, allowing us to tell better stories and weave the brand into the entire shopping experience.
