A crafted platform that rewards watchmakers.

Marteau & Co set out to build a brand and auction platform where independent watchmakers are recognised, using a circular auction model that gives a fair share from secondary sales back to the maker.

“Marteau” meaning hammer is a nod to the tools of the watchmaking craft, which inspired the brand mark used across the identity, website, and auction platform. We partnered with M&Co to brand, design, and build their website, creating an identity rooted in craftsmanship, trust, and curation.

The visual language is editorial and timeless, combining a modern blend of warm earthy tones with a pop of orange. Using beautiful, complimentary imagery to showcase the intricacies of each watch, we created an immersive, gallery-like experience.

On the auction platform, collectors can enjoy a seamless bidding experience designed for both mobile and desktop, blending detail with beauty.

Through this project, we helped M&Co bring their mission to life: creating a space where craftsmanship is genuinely valued, makers are celebrated, and collectors can bid with total confidence.
